An accomplished attorney, R. Brent Wisner holds an undergraduate degree in philosophy/political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and both a juris doctor and a master of public policy from Georgetown University. He got his start in the legal field with two externships—one with the civil fraud division of the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles and one with Judge Miriam Blank Horn of the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. R. Brent Wisner went on to serve 2 years as a law clerk for Judge Helen Gillmor of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Wisner joined the Los Angeles law office of Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman after finishing his clerkship in 2012. A partner and vice president with the firm, he holds a reputation as one of the leading plaintiff attorneys in California. Highlights of Mr. Wisner’s career include serving as co-lead trial counsel in two of the first three major lawsuits against Monsanto regarding the safety of its Roundup brand herbicide.Experience
